The TEN-T Info Day 2011 will take place on Wednesday 29 June 2011 in the Borschette Conference Centre in Brussels, Belgium. The event will present the priorities for the 2011 TEN-T Multi-Annual Call, which will focus on ERTMS (European Rail Traffic Management System), RIS (River Information Services) and MoS (Motorways of the Sea). In addition the Info Day will provide participants with practical information about how to prepare a successful proposal, as well as other background information relevant to the process.

Subject to the approval of the relevant EU institutions, it is expected that three TEN-T multi-annual calls for proposals will be published around the last week of June 2011.

 These calls would address the following fields:

Call Launch date
European Rail Traffic Management System
(expected maximum budget: €100 million)
Last week of June 2011
River Information Services (RIS)(expected maximum budget: €10 million) Last week of June 2011
Motorways of the Sea (MoS)(expected maximum budget: €70 million) Last week of June 2011

 

The indicative timeline for these calls for proposals is as follows:

  • Deadline for the submission of proposals: 23 September 2011
  • Evaluation of proposals: October to December 2011
  • Consultation of EU institutions: January to February 2012
  • Adoption of individual financing Decisions: as from March 2012
